This research aimed to investigate the effect of using the Pecha Kucha method on students speaking skills at the eleventh grade of SMAN 10 Pandeglang in the academic year 2025/2026. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design was employed. The sample consisted of 60 students selected through cluster random sampling, divided equally into an experimental class (XI-1) and a control class (XI-4). The instrument was a speaking test covering fluency, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension, which were validated and tested for reliability before used. This research was conducted in four meetings, consisting of a pre-test, treatment, and post-test. Results showed that the experimental class improved from a mean pre-test score of 44.13 to a mean post-test score of 68.13, while the control class improved from 43.60 to 59.60. Normality and homogeneity tests confirmed that the data met parametric assumptions. An independent sample t-test using SPSS 25 revealed a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05, indicating that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. These findings demonstrate that the Pecha Kucha method had a significant positive effect on students speaking skills. Therefore, it is recommended as an alternative strategy in teaching speaking, as it enhances fluency, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension in a structured and engaging way.
